As a Marketing Intern, you will learn to:
- Support sales team in merchant appointment management
- Support sales team in collecting client documents, completing merchant service application, closing account
- Support sales team in solving after-sales client issues
- Assist in managing Universal's presence in Mandarin social media sites, including WeChat, Weibo, and other emerging social media platforms
- Interact with clients and response to their inquiries through social media channel
- Publish payment processing industry articles to educate clients
