The Payroll Coordinator extracts time records and processes payroll information in ADP, analyzes payroll expenses, prepares accurate and timely expense and cost reports, researches and resolves internal inquiries with our U.S. sites. Other various duties which assist the accounting/finance group can also be assigned. Required skills: § Must be extremely proficient with Excel and be able to process a large volume of data using Pivot Tables, vLookups, SumIf’s, Filtering, etc § Able to solve complex problems in a fast-paced environment. § Detail oriented and organized, with a strong focus on data accuracy. § Works well under pressure and can exercise appropriate judgment under a variety of situations. § Flexible enough to work independently or within a team environment. § Excellent verbal and written communication skills. § Able to be proactive and have good follow-up skills. § Able to resolve a wide range of problems. § AA degree in Accounting/Finance, experience in ADP and QuickBooks is a plus.
