AR-AP Specialist - Payment processing, credit and debits entry, input general ledger entries, prepare various reports and files, track & maintain chargebacks, short pays and over payments, create credit memos, set up new customer cards, reconcile posted sales invoices, and prepare monthly AR analysis. Other duties & special projects as assigned. Inventory Management Specialist - Coordinate and expedite the flow of inventory within all company warehouses; communicate with carriers, warehouse operations, port authorities, freight forwarders, truckers, and local suppliers, completion of required government documents, review and distribute inventory, transportation and shipment schedules; confer with department supervisors to determine progress of work and completion dates; and compile reports.
