Job Responsibilities:

• Perform bookkeeping and write-up services, prepare financial statements

• Prepare payroll, sales, property and city business taxes

• Assist in individual and business income tax returns, including extensions and estimates

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting

• Minimum 1 to 3 years accounting (prior experience with CPA firm is a plus)

• Hands on working knowledge of accounting software including QuickBooks

• Knowledge of Ultra Tax/Accounting CS software is a plus

• Proficient with Microsoft Office products

• Strong accounting and analytical skills

• Detail oriented and ability to multi-task
