Communicate with Taiwan headquarter and process the instruction on accounting and internal control issue. 2. Process the group internal Chinese Accounting and Management system. 3. Prepare tax and management reports corresponded. 4. Process payroll system and control employees’ attendance and program employees’ benefits. 5. Control correspondence; process group data filing systems; reviewing supply requisitions for management; assigning and monitoring clerical functions. 6. Maintains office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment. 7. Keeps management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports. 8. Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions. 9. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Job Requirements: 1. BA degree and at least 3 years experience on accounting and finance background. 2.
