AVP - Senior Underwriter ● Possess B.A. Business or equivalent with min. 5 yrs of credit underwriting experiences in commercial real estate loan, construction loan and hotel financing. ● Evaluate and underwrite commercial loans, review title, appraisal, insurance ● Coordinate loan documentation and loan closing ● Supervise annual credit review of existing loan portfolio. ● Strong analytical skills and effective verbal and written communication skills ● Possess good knowledge in banking regulations ● Bilingual in Chinese is preferable We offer competitive benefits package and salary commensurate with experiences.
