U ACE, an auto accessories manufacturer and distributor based in Fontana, CA, is searching for a full-time experienced Inside Sales Executive to join our fast-paced, dynamic team.
Job Summary:
Under general direction, the Inside Sales Executive supports sales and marketing managers by tracking, investigating, reporting sales information and resolving problems from etailers house accounts. Primary responsibilities include communicating regularly with house accounts to identify their needs and collaborate with different departments to support their needs for sales growth.
Duties & Responsibilities:
* Act as an advocate for customers' needs to build and maintain strong business relationships with etailers house accounts.
* Provides product, promotion, and pricing information by clarifying customer request; selecting appropriate information; forwarding information; answering questions.
* Sells and makes recommendations to prospects and clients of the various solutions the company offers to their business issues.
* Documents and maintain all customer contact and information on internal database.
* Recommend best practices to include suggestions on new and innovate ways to grow business by utilizing existing marketing tools or materials.
* Assists in the implementation of company marketing plans as needed.
* Promote and represent company’s products at tradeshows and meeting with customers.
* Other duties as required.
Job Specifications & Qualifications:
* AA degree in business, marketing/sales or equivalent combination of education and experience required, Bachelor’s degree preferred.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
* 1+ years experience in e-commerce sales and marketing, auto accessory or parts industry is preferred.
* Strong analytical, customer service, influencing, interpersonal, negotiating, problem-solving, prioritization and sales skills required.
* Ability to establish and maintain business relationships in-person, on the phone, via email and by any other means available.
* Intermediate MS Office skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint required.
* Ability to travel up to 5% of the time.
Pay and Benefit:
$15+ per hour, DOE, plus bonus or commission, medical and dental insurance.
