A regional Southern China and Southeast Asian restaurant located in the city of Rosemead is hiring a full time or part time Assistant Manager.

Job Responsiblilites:
1. Work as a team leader with employees to effectively run operations
2. Implement policies and procedures as directed by GM
3. Generate end of day reports and reconcile the cash register
4. Ensures customers are given a great experience from greetings to service to restaurant cleanliness
5. Ensure proper procedures and policies are adhered to
6. Tracks inventory and orders needed items
7. Assists in sales building initiatives and scheduling

Job Requirements:
1. Must have at least 3 years experience in full service restaurants
2. Speaks fluent English and Chinese
3. Previous Managerial experience a plus
4. Demonstrated ability to train and develop hourly employees
5. Proven track record of building positive relationships with guests and coworkers
6. Must be energetic and have a positive attitude
7. Must be efficient with MS office software and POS systems
