Seeking an individual that is skilled, innovative and interested in being a part of a growing organization. This individual will lead specific portions of the menu research and development in a test kitchen environment. Responsibilities include: creating new recipes, instruct and supervise cooks in tasks.
Must have hands on experience in making fresh Asian noodles (udon, ramen, egg noodles). Sous Chef and above. Apprenticeship completed in culinary arts. 5+ years experience in food preparation. Upon assessment of performance and compatibility with the organization, full-time position will be offered with great pay and benefits.
